When you connect your TikTok account to LiveTix, we collect basic user information provided by the TikTok Login Kit, including your public profile information such as your username (display_name) and user ID (open_id). We do not collect or store your TikTok password.
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve our services. Your TikTok username is used to connect to your live stream and monitor events. Your user ID is used to create a unique account within our system to save your alert configurations.
We store your alert configurations and user ID in a secure database. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Our service relies on the TikTok for Developers API. Your interaction with TikTok is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of TikTok.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your information. You can manage your alert configurations through the dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us.
